Fredrick V. Miller, age 90, of Berwick passed away peacefully on Friday, December 26, 2025, at Glen Brook Rehabilitation and Nursing Care.
Born in Mifflinville on January 28, 1935, he was a son of the late Glenn and Sarah J. (Hess) Miller. He was raised and educated in Mifflinville. Over the years, he worked at several local businesses including Briar Knitting, Wise Potato Chips, and Berwick Knitwear. He also worked in highway construction.
Fred was a member of Cornerstone Bible Church, Nescopeck Township. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and was a member of a Christian motorcycle club. When he was able, he liked to go hunting and fishing in Georgia. More recently, he spent his time working on jigsaw puzzles and through all their ups and downs, he was an avid fan of the NY Yankees.
He will be greatly missed by his loving wife of 46 years, Nancy J. (Eroh) Miller; daughters, Sharon O’Shea and husband Brian, Wellsboro; Rebecca Yablonski and husband Frank, Bloomsburg; son, Bryan Miller and companion Nancy, Las Vegas; stepdaughter, Cindy Maczuga, Berwick; stepson, Steven Fraind, Berwick; 5 grandchildren; 6 step grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren. He is also survived by a brother, Carl Miller and wife Darlene, Nescopeck; and cousins.
Family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00am on Monday, December 20, 2025, at Cornerstone Bible Church, 208 Church Rd, Nescopeck. A funeral service will begin at 11:00 am with Pastor Jim Winder officiating. Interment will follow in Elan Memorial Park, Bloomsburg.
