Janice E. Adams, age 64, of Berwick, passed away unexpectedly, on May 11, 2026.
Born in Berwick on March 29, 1962, she was a daughter of the late Clair C. and Sara J. (Schultz) Long. She attended Berwick Area Schools. She was a nurse’s aide for over 32 years and cared for a lot of people.
Janice found joy in crafting different things, painting and coloring. She loved to gamble, especially with her lottery tickets. She loved nothing more than spending time with her loving family.
She will be greatly missed by her children: Doris Young, Jonathan Young, Maranda Long, and Kalin Long all of Berwick; stepson, Jason Long, Bloomsburg; and numerous grandchildren; sister, Tammy Smith and husband Michael, Berwick. She also leaves behind companion with whom she’s known for over 40 years, Scott Holloway; sister-in-law, Carol Long, Berwick; and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life is planned for a later date.
