Sandra Rowley Laubach, 91, of Berwick, passed away peacefully at Sunset Ridge nursing home on Friday, October 9, 2026. She is now resting in the arms of her savior, Jesus Christ.
Sandra was born on November 30, 1934, in Gloversville, NY. She graduated from Gloversville High School in 1952 and moved to Berwick PA in 1953 where she met and married the love of her life, Horace Laubach. Together they raised a beautiful family and were surrounded by many family members and good friends.
Sandra was preceded in death by her loving husband of 69 years Horace Hess Laubach, dearest daughter, Gayle Marie Siro, and her devoted son, Dr. Steven Craig Laubach. The family is now altogether and resting in heavenly peace. She was also preceded by her sister, Patricia Rowley Bradford.
She is survived by her son-in-law, Thomas Siro; and daughter-in-law, Christine DeAngelo Laubach. She will also be greatly missed by her cherished grandchildren, Michael Siro and wife Sara and their sons Jackson and James; Christina Siro Spinelle; Andrew and Alexander Laubach. She also leaves behind nieces, Polly Laubach Eckrote and Ellen Bradford Yates; nephews, Rick, Michael and Douglas Bradford.
Sandra was a devoted Christian wife, mother, and grandmother, whose faith sustained her. She attended the Assembly of God Church, where she sang in the church choir. She was a very creative and talented lady, a writer of beautiful poetry, and very artistic. Sandra retired from Revco Drugs in Berwick. She was loved by all who knew her and will be missed by many.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at Heller Funeral Home, LLC, 633 E Third St, Nescopeck. Interment will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.
