Timothy M. Mensch, 46, of Berwick passed away on Monday, December 5, 2016 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Born in Berwick on January 2, 1970, he was a son of William B. Mensch, Sr. of Berwick, and the late Bonnie L. (Church) Heiser. He was a graduate of Berwick High School and worked at several local businesses over the years. He was currently employed at the Dollar Tree Warehouse, Berwick.
Tim was a member of the VFW Post 821, Berwick and the American Ukrainian Citizens Club, Berwick. He enjoyed hunting and was an avid Eagles football and Phillies baseball fan.
In addition to his father, he will be greatly missed by his son, Dennis Mensch and companion Jessica Laird; cherished granddaughter, Rozalyn; sisters, Bonnie Slusser and husband Robert; Patty Mensch and companion Kelly Gregory; brother, William Mensch, Sr; 5 nephews, Robert Mensch, Jr; Robert Slusser, Jr; Travis Slusser; Joshua Gregory; and Patrick Gregory; stepmother, Elizabeth Mensch, and many friends including, Michael Heller and companion Kimmy Fowler, Kaila Heller and Kenna Smith, who Tim thought of as family.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his brother, Robert.
A viewing will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Sunday, December 11, 2016 at Heller Funeral Home, LLC, 633 East Third Street, Nescopeck.
All other services will be private at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the VFW Post 821, 1408 West Front Street, Berwick or American Ukrainian Citizens Club, 1222 Freas Avenue, Berwick.
