Donna “Fay” (Yorks) Rozell, 62, of Berwick passed away on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at Geisinger Medical Center Danville.
Born in Berwick on February 12, 1955 she was a daughter of Hervey A. Yorks, of Berwick and the late Betty J. (Setzer) Yorks. She graduated from Berwick High School, and worked at the Cigar Factory, Berwick and later at Bloomsburg Health Care. Most recently she worked at Berwick Offray.
Fay attended God’s Missionary Church in Berwick. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, and making crafts that she would give to others as gifts. She also liked to bake. Her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She will be greatly missed by her sons, Michael Schwab and wife Rebecca, Berwick; Christopher Schwab and wife Ladonna, Berwick; 3 grandchildren, Max, Poviel, and Jashen. She also leaves behind brothers, Lloyd Yorks and wife Janet; Scott Yorks; Steve Yorks and wife Julie; Larry Yorks and wife Janelle; sisters, Vicky Rivera and husband Benny; and Becky Yorks-Kaiser, all of whom live in the Berwick area; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, David D. Rozell in 2016.
A funeral service will be held at 7:00 PM on Sunday, September 17, 2017 at Heller Funeral Home, LLC, 633 East Third Street, Nescopeck. Family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until the time of the service. Pastor David Wise will be officiating.
