Patricia A. Andrezze

Patricia A. Andrezze, 79, of Berwick passed away on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Berwick on February 17, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Stephen J. and Tillie B. (Buscavage) Lupinski. She graduated from St Cyril’s Academy, Danville in 1956. Soon after graduation she married the love of her life, Jasper Andrezze. They spent 53 happy years together until his death in 2011. Pat was a fantastic cook and enjoyed feeding family, friends, and strangers. She was a self-employed caterer for many years. Most of her time was spent providing a loving home for her husband and eight children, and later, being a wonderful “Grammy” to her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Pat was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Berwick where she volunteered with many activities and fund raisers for both the church and school. She was a papal secretary and traveled with Pope John Paul II when he visited the US in 1987. When her children were young, she was a den mother with the Cub Scouts, and a leader for the Brownies and Girl Scouts. She was also a member of the PTA at Holy Family School. She loved going shopping, spending time at the beach, and Thursday night dinners with her family.

She will be greatly missed by her children: Mark Andrezze and companion Patsy Andy, Nescopeck; Christopher Andrezze and spouse Dr. David Jiu, CA; Bernadine Milloway and husband Terry, Nescopeck; John Andrezze and wife Pam, Benton; David Andrezze, Nescopeck; Marina Davenport and husband Robert, Berwick; Jennifer DiFebo and husband James Jr, Bloomsburg; Amy DeFinnis and husband David, Berwick; 14 grandchildren: Wade and Eric Bower; Bridget Miller; Amanda Smith; John Andrezze, Jr; Jessica Angove; Cory, Casey and Caty Davenport; Dominick Andrezze; Sara and Benjamin Ciccone; Sarina and Nicholas DeFinnis; and 9 great grandchildren: Taylor; Hali; Alyson; Zachary; Devyn; Madison; Troy; Brody and Nolan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews including Stevie Lupinski and Sonya Flanagan; and life-long friend and caregiver, Sister Anne Renee, SS.C.M.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a great grandson, Mason Bower and brother, Stephen A. Lupinski.

Family will receive friends on Friday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Heller Funeral Home, LLC, 633 East Third Street, Nescopeck.

The funeral service will start at 10:00 AM on Saturday, February 3, 2018 from Heller Funeral Home, LLC, Nescopeck, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM in St. Joseph Church, Monroe Street, Berwick, with Reverend Matthew Larlick officiating. Interment will be private in Elan Memorial Park, Bloomsburg.
