Ruby Y. Jones, 58, of Stillwater, passed away on Friday, January 7, 2022, at her home surrounded by family.
Born on October 11, 1963, in Houston, Texas, she was a daughter of the late Jo Anne (Hunt) Bailey and Billy Jones. She attended school in the Houston area. Ruby worked as a cashier in convenience stores for most of her life before her health started to fail.
She liked to watch TV. She enjoyed spending time at home with her family.
She will be greatly missed by her daughters, Debra Selman-Guffey and wife Stephanie, Stillwater; Kandra Jones, Minnesota; grandchildren, Haylee Green, Iziaha Jones, Sarah Selman-Guffey, Harper Selman-Guffey, and Samantha Jones. She also leaves behind a sister, Carla Crawford and husband Paul, Texas; and many other family members throughout the country.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Quentin Jones and sister, Scharla Wells.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
