Suzanne (Roll) Fink, age 106, of Berwick went home with her Lord on Friday, August 11, 2023, after a brief stay at Glenbrook Rehab and Health Care, Berwick.
Born in Berwick on July 6, 1917, she was a daughter of the late Lawro and Anna (Kutzer) Roll. She was a lifelong resident of Berwick and attended Berwick Schools. For 35 years, she worked as a seamstress at Milco Industries.
Suzanne was an active member of Ss Cyril and Methodius Ukrainian Catholic Church and read her Bible faithfully every day for hours. She enjoyed sewing and made many of her own clothes. She also liked gardening and tending her flowers. She was an excellent mother to her children, a caregiver to her mother for 16 years and many other family members as well.
She will be greatly missed by her children, David Fink and wife Jane, Jersey Shore; MaryAnn Donnelly, Berwick; Douglas Fink and wife Bonnie, Cogan Station; daughter-in-law, Christine Fink, Jersey Shore; 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great granddaughter.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Earl S. Fink in 2001; son, Dennis in 2013; son-in-law, John Donnelly; sister, Nancy Unis; Mary Zenzel; Anna Simek; brother, Micheal Roll; Franklin T. Roll; and John Lucas.
A private funeral service will be held in Ss Cyril and Methodius Church, Berwick, at the convenience of the family. Interment will follow in Ss Cyril and Methodius Cemetery.
Family will provide flowers.
