Crystal J. Fink, age 90, passed away on Monday November 20, 2023, at Sunset Ridge Healthcare and Rehab Center, Bloomsburg.
Born in Dorrance Twp on July 7, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Curtis and Florence (Readler) Fink. She was raised and educated in Dorrance Twp. In her early years she was employed at Consolidated Cigar in Berwick. She later moved on to work at American Tobacco, in Mountain Top.
Crystal lived in Hobbie for many years before moving to Nescopeck, she later lived in Catawissa from 1988 until becoming a resident at Sunset Ridge.
She was a long-time member of Woman of the Moose, Berwick chapter 365 since 1976. When she had some free time, she liked doing crossword and word find puzzles. She loved catching up with friends over the phone. She never forgot a birthday, anniversary, or special day and would always call to let you know she was thinking of you.
She was the last of her immediate family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her brothers, Curtis Fink Jr, and Lester Fink; and sisters Dorothy Schell Sickler, and Pearl Shaw.
Nieces and nephews include Joyce, Carol, and Leslie Fink, Wade and Mark Shaw, and Allen Schell.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday November 24, 2023, at Heller Funeral Home, LLC, 633 East Third Street, Nescopeck. Interment will follow in Slocum Cemetery.
