Robert C. Pintsch

Robert C. Pintsch, age 85, of Hollenback Township, PA and Winter Haven, FL, passed away on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at Allied Meade Street, Wilkes-Barre Hospice Unit, surrounded by his loving family.

Born in City Point, WI on May 14, 1938, he was a son of the late Carl R. and Dorothy (Monnier) Pintsch. He was a graduate of Seymour High School, Wisconsin and continued his education at Green Bay Technical College where he earned an associate degree. For many years, Robert was employed at Clairmont Transfer Company, MI.

He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Winter Haven, Florida and attended Cornerstone Bible Church in Nescopeck, PA. In his free time, he enjoyed feeding the birds and working on crossword puzzles. He was an avid Green Bay Packers fan.

He will be greatly missed by his wife of nearly 50 years, Cherie A. (Mitchell) Pintsch; sons, Timothy C. Pintsch Sr. and wife Jessica, Edwardsville, PA; Daniel G. Pintsch, Auburndale, FL; grandchildren, Elizabeth Pintsch; Kiran D. Pintsch; Liesl O. Pintsch; Timothy C. Pintsch Jr; and Nicholas Wilcox.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Herbert E. Pintsch Sr.

Memorial services for Robert are planned as follows: A Memorial service to be held at 2pm on January 6, 2024, in Cornerstone Bible Church, 208 Church Road, Nescopeck Twp, PA with Pastor James Winder officiating. A Memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on February 17, 2024, in Grace Lutheran Church, 327 Avenue C SE, Winter Haven, FL with Reverend Charles Reich officiating. Burial will take place with a small service of internment on July 6, 2024, at Hillsprairie Cemetery, Hillsboro, WI. The family will receive friends for an hour prior to each service.
