Trudy A. Bonham, age 62, of Fairmount Township went home to her Lord and Savior on Thursday, May 16, 2024, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Nanticoke on April 13, 1962, she was a daughter of the late Kenneth B and Marlene M (Hickman) Kishbaugh. She attended Northwest Area High School. Over the past 40 years Trudy has worked in the Healthcare Field.
In 1977 Trudy married the love of her life, Duane S. Bonham, and soon after they started a family. Together they raised 3 children. Trudy was a devoted wife and mother and enjoyed caring for and spending time with her family.
Trudy attended Sunshine Full Gospel Church, Shickshinny. She enjoyed practical jokes, game nights, movie nights, crafts and anytime spent with her family.
In addition to her husband, Duane, she will be greatly missed by her daughters, Mendy Haas and husband Kristopher, Bobbie Savakinus and husband John; son, James Bonham and wife April, 8 wonderful grandchildren, John R, Addy, Gauge, Kylee, Joshy, Jamison, Jeremiah, Eli; 4 crazy granddogs, Kinzer, Pluto, Tucker, and Luna. Her sister, Sherry Killian; and mother-in-law Carol Bonham Nieces and Nephews; Jeremy, Jamie, Amanda, Damon, and Alyssa and husband Ben.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her father-in-law James E. Bonham, and brother-in-law, Richard “Dick” Killian.
In keeping with Trudy’s wishes, no services will be held. Heller Funeral Home, LLC, Nescopeck is assisting her family.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Sunshine Full Gospel Church in Shickshinny, PA.
