Dennis R. Rinehimer, age 72, of Dorrance Township passed away on October 31, 2024, at his home.
Born in Nanticoke on September 2, 1952, he was the son of the late Clifford J. and Ethel H. (Hoffman) Rinehimer. He was a graduate of Crestwood High School. He went on to serve in the National Guard. Dennis worked for Hess Construction for many years, he later worked for Dan-Ber until retiring.
Dennis was a member of the Dorrance Fire Company. He enjoyed farming and was an avid hunter.
He will be greatly missed by his sons, Kevin Rinehimer and wife Maria, Shickshinny; Shawn Rinehimer, Philadelphia; grandchildren, Mariah, Nicholas, Arianna and Jack; brother, Larry Rinehimer and wife Becky, Hobbie; sister, Darla Frace and husband Dennis, Hobbie; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, James Rinehimer.
At Dennis’ request there will be no public services. Heller Funeral Home LLC, Nescopeck is entrusted with his arrangements.
