Gail E. Massina, age 88, of Berwick passed away on June 8, 2025, at the Gardens at Orangeville.
Born in Nescopeck on June 27, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Lucille (Kishbach) Jamison. She was a graduate of Nescopeck High School, class of 1954. In her younger years, she worked for Weis Markets. Later, she was employed for many years at Consolidated Cigar, Berwick and transferred to McAdoo before retiring.
Gail was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church, Nescopeck. She loved traveling with her husband; they’ve traveled across the country twice and North Carolina every year. She was devoted to her children and husband.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne H. Massina who passed in 2003 and her daughter, Michelle Massina who passed in 1977.
She will be greatly missed by her son, Larry Massina and wife Iva, Nescopeck; 2 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandson; and sister, Helen “Janie” Wynings.
Funeral Service will be held at 11:00am on Thursday June 12, 2025, at Heller Funeral Home LLC, 633 East Third Street, Nescopeck. Interment will follow in Pinegrove Cemetery, Berwick. Family will receive friends from 10:00am until the time of service.
