Autumn Raychelle Hugick, 63, of Berwick, PA, passed away peacefully on July 7, 2025.
Born in Berwick on January 5th, 1962, she was a daughter of the late Raymond Hugick and Gail Trivelpiece. She graduated from Berwick Area Senior High School in 1979, where she is remembered by her classmates as being beautiful and kind. She was a lifelong resident of Berwick, raising her family in the same town she was raised in.
Autumn dedicated nearly 30 years to Kaydette in Berwick and made many lifelong friendships that she cherished during her employment. She was known for her strong work ethic, loyalty, and the kindness she extended to everyone she met.
A true fan at heart, Autumn loved cheering for the Pittsburgh Steelers, listening to country music, and watching NASCAR races. She loved animals and shared her home with many pets during her lifetime. Her family meant the world to her, and her beloved dog Raymond was never far from her side.
Autumn will be greatly missed by Charles “Chuck” Garbacik, her devoted fiancé, with whom she shared her life for 18 years. She was a loving mother to Raychelle Steimer and fiancé Rian Carl, Red Lion, PA; Jason Steimer and wife Jenna, Berwick, PA; and Justine Donaldson and husband Scott, York, PA. She adored her four grandchildren, Noah, Ayden, Elizabeth, and Eleanor, who brought endless joy to her life. She is also survived by her sister, Danielle Hugick and Thomas Curry III, Melbourne, FL; a brother Shannon Williams, Berwick; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brother Ronald Hugick.
Autumn had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone. Her humor, warmth, generosity, and spirited personality will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
