Nellie Irene Moyer, age 86, of Berwick passed away January 6, 2026, Glenbrook Rehab and Nursing Center, Berwick.
Born in Hobbie on October 19, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Emerson A. and Beatrice E. (Hoch) Moyer. She was a 1957 graduate of Nescopeck High School. Nellie worked for Consolidated Cigar for 27 years. Later she was employed at Klear PAK for a short time and retired from Weis Snack Foods after 13 years.
She was a member of St James Lutheran Church, Hobbie. She enjoyed putting jig saw puzzles together until her health would not allow it any longer and later enjoyed word search books.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bazil “Bill” Andrezze to whom she was married to for 24 years until his passing on November 14, 2000. Also preceding her in death were two brothers, Monroe and Willard Moyer; brother-in-law, Cletus Bower, sister-in-law Mary Jane Moyer.
She will be greatly missed by her brother, Fred Moyer and his wife Lynn, Berwick; sister, Arlene Bower of Hobbie; sister-in-law, Eleanor Moyer, Landsdale; several nieces and nephews; and four stepchildren.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at Heller Funeral Home, LLC, 633 E Third St, Nescopeck with her pastor, Reverend Oliver Brown officiating. Interment will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Bewick. Family will receive friends on Tuesday from 10:00am until the time of service.
