Janette E. Bellum, age 90, of Zion Grove passed away on March 29, 2026, at Glenbrook Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Berwick.
Born in Bloomsburg on March 6, 1936, she was a daughter of the late Paul B. and Grace (Davis) Fritz. She was a graduate of Beaver Township High School. In her younger years she worked for Sunshine Laundry and Hotel McGee in the cleaning department. Later she devoted her time to providing a loving home for her husband and family.
In her younger years she was a member of the Davis Chapel, Zion Grove. Most recently she attended Black Creek United Methodist Church, Sugarloaf. She was involved in helping with church suppers and other activities. She enjoyed watching TV and doing word search puzzles. She loved her family and her dog “Millie”.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip R. Bellum, Jr., and her son, Brian S. Bellum.
She will be greatly missed by her son, Kevin Bellum, Zion Grove; grandson, Scott Bellum; great grandchildren, Kallie and Tyler; and brother, Jay Fritz of Wichita, Kansas.
Graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday April 9, 2026, at Elan Memorial Park, 5595 Old Berwick Rd, Bloomsburg.
