Kenneth W. Ryman, Sr., age 90, of Nescopeck passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at Geisinger Bloomsburg Hospital.
Born at home in Nescopeck on December 16, 1935, he was a son of the late Walter and Helen (Wenner) Ryman. He attended Nescopeck High School; after graduating he served in the National Guard. Kenneth was a hard-working Dairy Farmer and lived his life on the farm. When he wasn’t in the fields, he was driving a commercial semi-truck.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in the death by his wife of 57 years, Carolyn (Andy) Ryman.
He will be greatly missed by his children: Mark Ryman and wife Tina, Mifflin; Kelby Ryman and wife Julie, Millville; Kenneth Ryman, Jr. and fiancée Melissa Thivierge, Nescopeck; and Carla Harmon and husband Gary, Nescopeck; grandchildren, David, Sarah, Kyle, Kassidy, Mikaela, Marcie, Jonathan, August, and Isabella; and several great grandchildren.
Family will receive friends from 4:00pm to 6:00pm on Tuesday June 30, 2026, at Heller Funeral Home LLC, 633 E Third Street, Nescopeck. A private burial will take place in Elan Memorial Park, Bloomsburg.
