Jane B. Weaver, age 91, of Orangeville passed away on Monday June 29, 2026, at The Gardens at Orangeville.
Born in Nescopeck on September 13, 1934, she was a daughter of the late Richard and Violet (Berlin) Messersmith. She was a graduate of Nescopeck High School, class of 1953. In her younger years she was employed at Lady Ester Fabric Company, Berwick. Later she worked at Bloomsburg University for over 25 years before retiring. She was also the notary for her husband’s business, Weavers Auto Sales, throughout the years.
Jane attended Assembly of God, Berwick. She had a green thumb and loved planting all different kinds of plants. She loved travelling and camping in the 5th wheel, especially in Florida.
She will be greatly missed by her son, Dean Weaver and wife Darlene, Wyoming, PA; 5 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; brother, Raymond Messersmith and wife Linda, Orangeville; sister, Beatrice “Jackie” Klinger, Bloomsburg; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Foster D. Weaver; daughter, Michele Drumheller; sister, Karen Bittner; and brother, Eugene “Tom” Messersmith.

Family will receive friends on Monday, July 6, 2026, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at Heller Funeral Home LLC, 633 E Third Street, Nescopeck. Interment will be private in Pine Grove Cemetery, Berwick.
