Carolyn L. Dendler, 80, of Berwick, passed away on Saturday, January 22, 2022, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Born in Williamsport on November 7, 1941, she was a daughter of the late Walter and Edna (Martz) Dendler. She graduated from Berwick High School in 1959. She dedicated her life to childcare and babysat for many families throughout her life.
Carolyn was a member of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, Berwick. She liked to go out to eat with friends and family. She enjoyed reading and watching the Hallmark and Animal Planet channels in her down time.
She will be dearly missed by her cousin, Joanne Conrad and family.
Her family would like to thank the nurses at the Gardens at Orangeville and Geisinger Medical Center ICU for all of their care and kindness.
Services will be private at Carolyn’s request. Interment will be at Elan Memorial Park, Bloomsburg. Heller Funeral Home, LLC, Nescopeck is assisting her family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, 1000 Orange St, Berwick, PA 18603.
