Becky J. Rupert, 63, of Mifflinville passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, April 24, 2022, at her home.
Born in Bloomsburg on December 16, 1958, she was the daughter of the late Mildred A. Pepperman and Max Walters. Becky was a graduate of Columbia-Montour AVTS, class of 1976. She was employed at Sheetz for 15 years, before leaving due to health issues.
Becky was a member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, Bloomsburg. She was talented at cross stitch and has a large collection of Santas that she accumulated over 30 years.
Becky will be greatly missed by her husband of 42 years, Dean A. Rupert; children, Nancy Smith, Mifflinville; Michael Rupert and wife Adrienne, King George, VA; granddaughter, Aurora; sisters-in-law, Betty Rupert; Linda Huffman; and nieces, Holly Rupert; Kim Smith and husband Derrick.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by father-in-law, Peter H. Rupert and wife Louise I. Rupert; brothers-in-law, Peter H. Rupert lll; Richard A. Rupert; and Robert Rupert.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, April 30, 2022, at Heller Funeral Home, LLC, 633 East Third Street, Nescopeck. Interment will follow in Mifflinville Cemetery. Family will receive friends 10:00 AM until time of service.
