Lori J. Sharpless, 50, of Millville passed away on Sunday, December 18, 2016 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born in Bloomsburg on February 2, 1966, she was a daughter of the late Helen E. (Aunkst) and Victor L. Robbins, Sr. She was a graduate of Millville High School. Lori worked hard to provide a loving home for her husband and children.
She devoted her time to raising her children and, when her daughter was younger, was a Girl Scout counselor. She loved spending time with family, especially her granddaughter. Lori enjoyed baking and always made plenty of holiday cookies.
She will be greatly missed by her husband of 31 years, Donald Sharpless, Jr; son, Scott Sharpless, Berwick; daughter, Kristine Morrison and husband Ryan, North Carolina; adored granddaughter, Jocelynn; sister Debbie Wetzel and husband John, Middleburg; brothers, Victor Robbins, Jr and wife Debbie, Millville; Jeff Robbins and wife Sherri, Honesdale; Ronnie Robbins and wife Donna, Danville; Lonny Robbins and wife Vicki, Watsontown; Randy Robbins and wife Diann, Susquehanna; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
A memorial service will be held at 7:00 PM on Friday, December 23, 2016 at Heller Funeral Home, LLC, 633 East Third Street, Nescopeck with Pastor Mike Maleski officiating. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until the time of service.
