Carol A. Robbins, 76, of Stillwater passed away on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at the Gardens at Orangeville.
Born in Bloomsburg on January 15, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret (Patton) Albertson. She graduated from Benton High School and worked as a seamstress for many years.
Carol was a member of Lungerville Christian Church. She enjoyed growing plants and hunting. She loved to go dancing, especially polka and square dancing.
She will be greatly missed by her husband, Pepper Robbins, with whom she spent the last 25 years; children, Tammy and Don Johnson, step children, Loretta, Annie and Rhonda; 15 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; brothers, Harold “Butch” Albertson and Doug Albertson; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, John Johnson; a daughter who died in infancy; and stepson, Lloyd Robbins.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at Heller Funeral Home, LLC, Nescopeck, with Pastor James E. Harvey officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Nescopeck. A viewing will be held from 1:00 PM until the time of service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Heller Funeral Home, LLC, 633 East Third Street, Nescopeck, PA 18635 to held with Carol’s final expenses.
