Larry L. Musselman

Larry L. Musselman, 73, of Berwick, passed away on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at Regional Hospital, Scranton, where he was a patient for the past month.

Born in Bloomsburg, on July 6, 1943, he was the son of the late Abraham L. Musselman and Audrey V. (Mowery) Longenberger. He graduated from Berwick High School and enlisted in the U.S. Army reserves. He worked at C&D Waterproofing and later, Brisk Waterproofing. Most recently he was employed through the Steele Workers Union.

Larry was a member of the VFW Post 821, Berwick, the Slavonic Club, and a life member of West Berwick Hose Company. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, golfing and shooting darts. He liked playing cards and instant BINGO. He was an avid 49’ers fan.

He will be greatly missed by his sisters Debra Petroff and husband Nicholas, Jr, Berwick; Bonnie Vought and husband David, Sr, Beach Haven; many nieces and nephews; a stepson, Thomas Kingston, Jr and wife Betty, Lightstreet; step daughter, Stephanie Fisher, Benton; grandchildren Audra and Abigail; 5 great grandchildren; and God-daughter, Cassandra.

A funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at Heller Funeral Home, LLC, 633 East Third Street, Nescopeck, with Reverend Chad Hebrink officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 9:00 PM on Tuesday evening with military honors at 7:00 PM, and from 9:30 AM until the time of service on Wednesday.
