Nancy Ann Engelberger

Nancy Ann Engelberger, 56, of Beaver Township passed away suddenly at home of a heart attack. Two years ago she was diagnosed with leukemia and last week she was told she was completely cured. She was so happy.

Born on November 10, 1960 in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Fred J.  and Elvira Margot Marie (Korbus) Engelberger. Nancy graduated from Columbia Montour Vo-Tech. She worked as an LPN in various local nursing homes and Geisinger Hospital.

Nancy was a very talented artist and loved making crafts.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a step-son, Jason Ryman.

She survived by her companion, Leon Boyer, Jr.; daughters, Lauren Ryman; Aspen Ryman Gennaria; and step-daughter, Amy Ryman Kolinovsky. She also leaves behind sisters, Cathy Kuczynski and husband Dennis; Donna Engelberger; brothers, Joseph Engelberger and wife Martina; William Engelberger and wife Edith; several nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins, and many friends.

Nancy was very spiritual therefore we ask for prayers that Jesus takes her into his home where she will be reunited with Him and her parents.

A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Heller Funeral Home, LLC, Nescopeck is assisting her family. Online messages of comfort may be sent to condolences@hellerfuneral.com.
