Beryl Orth, 92, of Mountain Road, Catawissa, passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 in Emmanuel Nursing Home, Danville.
Born in Catawissa on July 17, 1925, she was a daughter of the late William and Opel (Fink) Yocum. She attended Catawissa High School, and worked at Weis Markets in Catawissa for 34 years, retiring in 1987.
Beryl was preceded in death by two husbands: Foster Lindenmuth in 1950; and Chester Orth in 2009. Also preceding her were sisters: Dorothy E. Troy in April, 2009; Vi V. Cameron in February, 2017; and a brother, Melvin J. Yocum in June, 2011, making her the last of her immediate family.
She will be greatly missed by two special nephews, Donald Troy, Catawissa; and David Troy and wife Joanne, Catawissa. She is also survived by several great nephews; great nieces; great-great nephews and great-great nieces.
Graveside services will be held at Kulp United Methodist Cemetery, Rural Catawissa at the convenience of the family.
