Rose (Cresci) Fiorani, 89, of Dallas, passed away on Friday, January 19, 2018 at the Gardens at East Mountain.
Born on June 12, 1928, she was a daughter of the late Methodio and Amelia (Merolli) Cresci. She was raised and educated in Cherry Township. She married Abraham Fiorani and moved to Mocanaqua where she resided for over 40 years. She was a devoted wife and dedicated mother of 2 sons. She took pride in any work or tasks she performed.
Rose was a Jehovah’s Witness for many years. She enjoyed quilting and crocheting, going shopping and out to eat. Everyone who knew her was familiar with her cooking and the wonderful Italian foods she made.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Abraham in 1996; brothers, Dominick; August “Gus”; America; and Steve Cresci; and sisters, Lena Musto and Inez Pacchetti.
She will be greatly missed by her sons, Arnold Fiorani and wife Ann, Luzerne; Mike Fiorani and wife Nancy, Wilkes-Barre; sister, Clara Grelli, Concord, CA; and nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Kingdom Hall Jehovah’s Witnesses, 84 Hildebrandt Road, Dallas.
