Nora M. (Andress) Cybulski, 88, of Mountaintop, passed away on Monday, December 13, 2021, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Hazleton.
Born in Folstown on October 29, 1933, she was a daughter of the late Ward F. and Leola (Finagle) Andress Sr. She attended Nescopeck High School. Nora worked at RCA in Mountaintop, then later as a secretary for Andress Construction, and retired from Crestwood High School where she worked as a custodian.
She was a member of Emmanuel United Church of Christ in Dorrance and a social member of the American Legion Post 288, Dorrance. Nora enjoyed bird watching. She also liked to garden and cook.
She will be greatly missed by her daughters, Linda Gittens, Bushkill; Caroline Cronce, Dorrance; grandchildren, Richard P. Lenahan, Jr. and wife Amy, Joshua Cronce, Jessica Gittens and fiancé Rob Roth, Rachel Fetterman, and husband Denis; Rosie Sawyer, Gali Sawyer; great granddaughters, Chelsea, and Gabriella. She also leaves behind sister, Fern Taney, Mountaintop; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Paul P. Cybulski, Sr.; son, Paul Cybulski, Jr.; sons-in-law, Gary Gittens, and David Cronce; brothers, Ward Andress, Jr. and Donald Andress, Sr; sisters, Geraldine Izzo and Olive Faux.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on December 18, 2021, at Emmaunel UCC, 7768 Blue Ridge Trail, Mountain Top, PA with her pastor Lou Aita officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Emmanuel UCC memorial fund.
