Tiffany A. Baylor, 32, of Berwick lost her battle with addiction on Thursday, September 8, 2022. Born in Danville on July 16, 1990, she was a daughter of Elwood C. and Vicki A. (Wright) Hess. She graduated from Columbia Montour Vo-Tech in 2008 with a certificate in cosmetology. She started her career and opened her own salon called Tiffany’s Beauty and Barber Shop with a location in Conyngham and later Berwick. After closing her shop, Tiffany became depressed and in 2018 began a battle with substance abuse, during which time she was unable to work. Earlier this year she entered a rehab program, started her recovery, and after receiving her 6-month certificate, she became employed at the Motel 6 in Bloomsburg. Tiffany liked being outdoors. Most of all she loved her children and enjoyed riding bikes, playing games, and making jewelry with them. In addition to her parents, she will be greatly missed by her children: Tyson Baylor, Lylian Baylor, and Colton Baylor; their father, former husband and good friend, Jamie Baylor; brothers, Douglas Hess and wife Laura, Berwick; Charles Hess and wife Jennifer, SC; niece and nephews, Elijah, Everly, and Ezekiel; grandmother Irene Yost; aunts, Tina Jenkins; Donna Hess; Susan Neufer; Roxanne Olah and husband Blaise; uncle, Jason Yost and fiancée Mary; cousins, Billi Jo and Jen; Bobbi Jo and Derek; Donna; Matt; Michael; and Bryan. She also leaves behind her former in-laws, Joelle and John Ehmer; former sister-in- law, Aubree Conklin; and many extended family members. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Robert S. Wright; Elwood A. and Nancy L. Hummel; and step-grandfather, Robert Yost. All services will be private at the convenience of the family.
