Edward “Brian” Justice, 44, of Hobbie, passed away on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, at his home.
Born in Waukegan, Illinois on October 1, 1978, he was the son of Melissa J. (Leming) Justice of Hobbie and Edward D. Justice of New Jersey. He spent his younger years between New Jersey and Pennsylvania attending school in Bordentown and Berwick. He earned a degree in Nuclear Science from Luzerne County Community College and for several years, he was employed at General Mills in Hazleton.
Edward enjoyed reading and working on cars. He also like spending time fishing with his uncles at the lake or out on the river.
He will be greatly missed by his sister: Jessica Palush and husband Todd, Augusta, GA; brothers, Eric Leming, Hobbie; William Noll, Hobbie; nieces and nephews: Julian Palush; Jaiden Palush who fondly referred to him as “Uncle Cracker”; Evan Leming; aunts and uncles: David Leming, Beach Haven; Lisa Leming, Beach Haven; Anthony Leming, Wapwallopen; Don and Robin Pruitt, NJ; and several cousins. He also leaves behind extended family in Arizona and Nick Perry, his longtime childhood friend since 5th grade.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Eleanor and David Leming; and Marie Ibarra; and uncles Mike and James Leming.
A private celebration of life will be held in the spring. Heller Funeral Home, LLC is assisting with arrangements.
