Terry A. Bogart Sr., age 76, of Scott Township passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2023, at home surrounded by family.
Born in Bloomsburg on February 12, 1947, he was a son of the late George F. and Esther (Shultz) Bogart Sr. He attended Bloomsburg High School and worked at Consolidated Cigar Factory, Berwick.
Terry was a huge Elvis fan, he enjoyed listening to his music and watching Elvis movies. He also enjoyed working on cars as a side job.
He will be greatly missed by his loving wife of 48 years, Barbara K. (Morris) Bogart; son, Terry A. Bogart Jr, Bloomsburg; daughter, Michelle Husted and husband Chad, Carlisle; grandchildren, Destany; Terry; Tiairrah; Kamdyn; Dravyn; Kiersten; JR; Brittany; Brandon; Andrew; 6 great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind a brother, Paul Bogart, Nescopeck; and 12 nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Jack, George Jr, Robert Bogart; sisters, Nancy Baylor; Peggy Ann and Peggy Marie Bogart.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at New Rosemont Cemetery, Old Berwick Road, Bloomsburg, immediately followed by a celebration of life.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741, or the donor’s favorite charity in memory of Terry.
