Cassius Beauregard Young, age 19, of Berwick, passed away unexpectedly on October 11, 2023, in Berwick.
Born in Bloomsburg on April 8, 2004, he was the son of April C. (Levan) and David E. Young Jr of Shickshinny. He was a graduate of Berwick High School class of 2022.
Cassius was a member of First United Church of Christ, Berwick. He loved playing baseball and in 2016, he played on the Berwick All-Star little league team. He also liked playing basketball. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing video games and travelling to many different places. He was an avid Phillies and Eagles fan.
In addition to his parents, he will be greatly missed by his great grandmother, Louise Marsicano, Berwick; uncle, Joe Marsicano, Berwick; uncle, Kristian Levan and wife Marcy, and their son, Aiden of Pittsburg; aunt, Shelly Young, Bloomsburg; and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Jennie L (Marsicano) Levan; and paternal grandparents, Joanne (Loreman) and David E Young Sr; and great grandfather, Bud Marsicano.
Family will receive friends from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at Heller Funeral Home, LLC, 633 East Third Street, Nescopeck, PA 18635, followed by a memorial service.
