Michele L. Groshek, age 60, of Orangeville passed away on Wednesday April 17, 2024, at home.
Born in Berwick on September 27, 1963, she was the daughter of Janet (Slusser) Carey, Lightstreet and late William Carey. She attended Central Columbia High School, class of 1981. After graduating she became a Medical Transcriptionist and worked for Geisinger Medical Center, Danville for many years.
She was a long-time member of Community Alliance Christian Church, Lightstreet. There is nothing, she loved more than spending time with her grandchildren and taking care of her kitties, Jasper and Gracie.
She will be greatly missed by her husband of 40 years, Daniel Groshek; daughters, Ashlee Dubee and companion Ryan Hall, Millville; Morgan Dillon and husband Patrick, Bloomsburg; son, Daniel Groshek, Orangeville; grandchildren, Madelyn, Emmalyn, Raelyn, Hanna May, and Ryker; sister, Christy Hook and husband Scott, Berwick; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father.
