Kim E. Kishbaugh, age 71, of Nescopeck passed away on Friday, May 10, 2024, at his home with his loving wife by his side.
Born in Berwick on January 6, 1953, he was the last living son of the late Elwood F. and Kathryn I. (Powlus) Kishbaugh. He was a graduate of Columbia Montour Vocational Technical School, class of 1971. At the age of 16, Kim became employed at Weis Markets as a cart boy. Over the years, he worked his way to regional supervisor, and retired after over 40 years of service.
When he was able, Kim attended NC Church, Berwick. He enjoyed watching basketball, western movies and car restoration shows on television. He also liked tinkering around with wood projects. He enjoyed riding his bicycle, anywhere he could. His greatest love was spending as much time as he could with his grandchildren.
He will be greatly missed by his beloved wife Janet L. (Stimeling) Kishbaugh, with whom he celebrated 50 years of marriage this past December. He also leaves behind daughters, Autumn Smith and husband Dave, Coatesville; Alicia Osunde and husband Osagie, Downingtown; grandchildren, Ryan, and Lucas Smith; Macie, Haley and Charlotte Osunde.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Gary Kishbaugh in 1983; and Gregg Kishbaugh in 2023.
A funeral service will be held at 6:00pm on Friday May 17, 2024, at Heller Funeral Home, LLC, 633 East Third Street, Nescopeck. Family will receive friends from 4:00 pm until time of service. His pastor, Rick Delina will be officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to a charity of donor’s choice.
