Mark A. Prueitt, age 65, of Briar Creek passed away on September 8, 2024, at his home.
Born in Berwick on April 29, 1959, he was the son of Janice L (Hutchings) Prueitt, Berwick and the late Paul M. Prueitt. He was a graduate of Berwick Area High School, class of 1978. Mark worked for Spars for many years before retiring this year.
Mark was an active member of the Berwick Slavonic Club, Berwick VFW, Berwick Russian Glee Club and the American Ukrainian Citizens Club. He really enjoyed sports, especially football and baseball which he played all through high school, his favorite team was Michigan. He enjoyed playing darts.
In addition to his mother, he will be greatly missed by his son, Nathaniel Prueitt and wife Cassie, Berwick; grandchildren, Katrina Prueitt and Alex Sager; brothers, Paul Prueitt and wife Sherri, Pittston; Eric Prueitt and wife Dina, Danville; Wade Prueitt and Fiance Carla, Berwick; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Besides his father, he was preceded in death by his son, Zachary Prueitt.

A graveside service will be held at Roselawn Cemetery on Saturday September 14, 2024, at 10:00 AM.
