Eileen J. Switzer, age 90, of Berwick passed away on September 15, 2024, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Born in Berwick on August 13, 1934, she was the daughter of the late William “Frank” and Lillian (Vivian) Titus. Eileen retired from Berwick Industries, prior to that she worked at the YMCA, Berwick.
Her favorite hobby was playing BINGO, and she also liked watching the Game Show Network. Eileen was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan.
She will be greatly missed by her children, Michael Bridle and wife Amber, Beach Haven; Heather Pierce and husband Bob, Berwick; David Switzer and wife Terri, Hobbie; and William Switzer, Berwick; grandchildren, Amber, Kyle, Hollie, Brittany, Bryn, Derrick, Jeffery, Jacob, Andrew, Nicholas, Zander, Whitney, Lybbi and Dawn; great grandchildren, Lydia, Chase, Wesson, Amelia, Charlotte, Colin, Saige, Marco, Arleigh, Parker, Miyah, and Brya; brothers, Walter Hargraves, Shickshinny; and Lynn Titus, Mocanaqua; and sister, Marcia Wall, Berwick; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John E. Switzer, Jr in 1990; son, Richard Drumheller, Jr in 2020; brothers, Herb, Don, Charles, Bernard, Tommy, Lamar, Roger; and sisters, Ruth, Betty, Barbara, and Jean.
Family will receive friends from 1:00 to 3:00 PM on Saturday, September 21, 2024, at Heller Funeral Home, LLC, 633 East Third St, Nescopeck.
