Diane E. Showers, age 65, of Millville passed away Tuesday July 22, 2025, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Born in Berwick on December 26, 1959, she was the daughter of the late Glenn R. Houck and Patricia A. (Shultz) Terwilliger. She graduated from Berwick High School, class of 1979 and furthered her education by earning her master’s degree in law at the University of Massachusetts. She worked for Tri-County Ace Hardware for 20 years before retiring.
She loved crocheting, and made many items, especially baby blankets. She enjoyed doing word puzzles. Her greatest joy was being a grandmother and spending time with them whenever she could.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Walter D. Showers who passed January 8, 2024.
She will be greatly missed by her beloved sons, Ethan D. Showers, Millville; and Garrett I. Showers and fiancée Ally Carlson, Bloomsburg; cherished grandchildren, Brian and Autumn Showers. She also leaves behind two brothers.
At Diane’s request there will be no services. Heller Funeral Home LLC, Nescopeck is entrusted with arrangements.
