Eileen Faye Seltzer Binney, 57, 1322 Rosely Road, St. Marys, died Oct. 17, 2025 at Penn Highlands Hospital in St. Marys after a lengthy illness.
Born in Lancaster on June 30, 1968, she was a daughter of the late Curtis B. Seltzer and the late Angeline R. (Gordner) Green. She graduated from Harry S. Truman High School and Bucks County Technical School in 1986. She continued her education at Bucks County Community College where she earned an associate degree in hotel/motel and restaurant management. She worked for Wood River Village and Langhorn Manor where she was the food service manager. the Bristol Township School District.
She will be greatly missed by her daughter, Kimberly Binney and husband Joseph Molino III, Feasterville/Trevose, PA; brothers, Matthew J Seltzer (the late Robin), Anoka MN; Scott E Seltzer (Penny), Shohola, PA; Roy W Seltzer (JoAnn), St Marys, PA; several nieces and nephews that she adored; and stepdad, Bob Armstrong.
Her greatest joy in life was her “angels” otherwise known as her daughter, nieces and nephews.
In addition to spoiling her “angels,” Eileen enjoyed being a dog mom and working on puzzles. She completed hundreds of puzzles over the years.
A funeral service will be held at 12:00pm on Saturday, October 25, 2025 at Heller Funeral Home, LLC, 633 E Third St, Nescopeck with his cousin and minister of the Gospel, Bradley Seltzer officiating. Interment will follow in Mifflinville Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00am until the time of service.
