Fred H. Fausnaught Jr

The family of Fred H. Fausnaught Jr, of Berwick, is sad to announce his passing on November 14, 2025, at age 44. He passed away peacefully with his family by his side after losing a valiant battle with cancer.

Born in Bloomsburg on March 1, 1981, he was the son of Fred H. Fausnaught Sr and the late Bonnie D. (Salsman) Fausnaught, who died on June 4th. Fred was a graduate of Columbia Montour Vocational Technical School, class of 2000 with a degree in auto body. He worked for several local businesses including Continental Packaging and Wise Foods but most recently, he was a self-employed handyman, who helped with remodeling, building, and painting projects around the neighborhood.

Fred loved operating remote-controlled cars and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.

In September 1996, he met the love of his life and best friend, Stacey R. Manning Fausnaught and on August 10, 2002, they were married. Together they managed the ups and downs that life brought over the past 29 years. She was holding his hand as he passed away. He also leaves behind sons, Fred H Fausnaught III, Lancaster; Christopher M. Fausnaught now Nathan Fritz and partner Mykenzie DeLong, Trevorton; daughter, Theresa K. Fausnaught; adored twin grandsons, Noah and Porter; brothers, Bo Fausnaught and wife Kara, Berwick; Butch Ashton, Berwick; mother-in-law, Brenda Del Vecchio; brother-in-law, Michael Ridall; many nieces and nephews and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Besides his mother, he was preceded in death by several aunts and uncles; and father-in-law, Louis “Rocky” Del Vecchio.

A private celebration of life will be held at the convenience of his family.
