Joseph K. Klim, 85, of Dorrance Township passed away on Monday, February 28, 2022, at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.
Born in Dorrance Township, on October 13, 1936, he was a son of the late Thomas and Anna (Osiaw) Klim. He was raised and educated in Dorrance and was self-employed as a plumber and electrician in residential repair and construction.
Joe was a member of the Drums Seventh-Day Adventist Church, where he was active and helped in the care of the cemetery.
He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Roseanna (Fudge) Klim; a brother, Paul Klim and wife Margaret, North Carolina; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his stepson, Kevin Croop; brothers, John, Andrew, Michael, Thomas, Nicholas and Donald Klim; and sisters, Mary Ontko, Julia Myers, and Helen Love.
At Joseph’s request there will be no viewing. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, March 12, 2022, at Drums Seventh-day Adventist Church, 52 Mill Mountain Road, Drums with his pastor M. Moses Andrade officiating. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery.
His wife Roseanna would like to acknowledge Donald and Amy Fetterman, his close friends who have been helping her through his loss.
